I think even lesser-evil voting liberals should be willing to admit how ridiculously unjust the plight of American leftists has become. Ordinarily, we are allowed to vote on an alternative to the Republican in the Democratic primaries, but are expected to back the winner even if our candidate loses — and even if the winner is radically opposed to our politics. This year, it doesn’t appear that there will even be the pretense of a competitive primary, and yet leftists are still, we are told, morally obligated to vote blue no matter who.
